I, who has been renting places for years now, always ask this question to myself, “ Am I doing ok? Or will it be better, if I buy off something?” Lot of times, this question has to do with something like not finding good places to rent, fights with the landlords, need-to-adjust, or simply just getting bored of the rented place because the place was never so good, and realizing the same after sometime.
Although renting various places like furnished apartments, houses, shared accommodation depends on the situation and need and a particular time, you always feel that moving to different places has its own headaches attached to it. You sometimes want to feel proud about owning a place, even though you know that you cannot afford an own place, or you cannot afford to maintain a place that you already own.

Then I wonder if there is somebody out there who can help me? -- A good rental agency perhaps? But why would a good rental agency help me? It is business after all, they would try to make money and recommend me a house that probably fetches them maximum amount of margin, isn’t it?
So what do I do? Should I rent or should I choose the other option?

Renting and owning a home have some advantages and disadvantages. It is imperative for us to understand these differences so you can make the best decision for you and your lifestyle.
Housing Costs – That is one of the important factors while deciding whether to rent or own a house. Renting is good because it won’t put extra pressure on one—which you have to pay a fixed amount of money at the beginning of every month.

But then when you have an own house, you can be as mobile as you want to be, and have complete control on the house, something called as freedom comes works your way.
With house values increasing regularly in Vancouver during the past few years, present homeowners are seeing the real benefit of being a homeowner. New homeowners would like to rent a good property with the help of a rental agency I guess, because of the real estate prices soaring higher than ever.
