I am actually aquainted with JE “ted” Simplot. Who is a pretty decent guy.I met JR before he died and hung out at the family cabin once.

The arrest was totally undeserved. The guy was at his own fricking door for F^^^cks sake. My grandad and great uncle used to be the simplot brothers friends back in the day.

Were not a wealthy family in any regard, IMO its just a fetish to bash what people percieve to be the fortunate ones. These guys work their asses off and deal with more shit than any low ranking no one like me.

That cop should have been corrected.

Yes, absolutely “de-clutter”. But I think you should do it before you place your home on the market.

Remember, the buyer is buying the house, not your ten years of accumulated stuff that has meaning only to you. Get it out of there so they can see – and fall in love – with the home they are buying.

Your move will be a lot easier – and will occur much faster if you do!

Good tips – it sounds like you are a veteran of MANY moves.

Your plumbing should not be over looked. You can save thousands of gallons of water by updating your plumbing fixtures. If you live in a house that was built prior to 1994 and your plumbing fixtures have not been updated you could be wasting as much as 100,000 gallons of water a year. Also if your water heater has not been replaced(and hot water lines insulated) the amount of energy you could save could be worth the investment in a new one. These are simple things you can do or have done for you by a licenced plumber.
