Winter Garden aGlow
In all my years of living in Boise Idaho I have never been to the Botanical Gardens, not even for a wedding. It looks like starting December 5th through January 3rd the Botanical Garden will be lighting things up for the holiday season. Times are from 6pm to 9pm. If anyone has been to this event I sure would like to hear more about it. Does it provide a good opportunity for some night photography or is it to busy and what about the kids? Is it fun for kids under the age of 5?

Yes! A few years back I was visiting my family in Boise, and it was suggested to go visit the Botanical Gardens. I was very impressed. There were lights of every color on every tree and shrub there. My grandsons enjoyed it as well. I believe your daughter would enjoy it, but children of that age group have short attention spans. Night photography would be great!
