To Journal or Not to Journal
I am sure you already know the answer simply because I have brought up the subject. YES, you should keep a journal when navigating through the home buying process. By keeping a journal you can keep a time-line of events and changes. It also serves as a means to look back and make sure that things are going as you remember. Several factors are in play at the same time when buying a home and it can be difficult to remember everything, especially when still having to take care of everything else life is throwing your way.
Use your journal to keep track of specific information: dates, times, concessions, changes, names, specific actions taken, etc.
