Boise Hyde Park Street Fair
It was a beautiful day today and made it perfect to visit Camels Back Park for the Hyde Park Street Fair. It didn’t take long before the smell of incense, home-made soap and perfumes reached my nose and brought back memories from long ago.
The Hyde Park Fair is one of my favorite events each year that Boise has to offer. The crafts range from tye-dye clothing, home-made jewelry, gems, stones, wind chimes, metal works, and much more. Combined with some local talent the fair is fun for all.
For those that can walk a few blocks parking is not too bad but the streets are narrow and there are people everywhere so you must be careful. Parking further away has it benefits… There are dozens of garage sales during this weekend as well and you can check out many of them if you park a few blocks away from the main event.
