Mad Cow Testing
Came across an interesting story today… Aparently the US Courts have stepped in and forbid a Kansas meatpacker from testing ALL their cattle for the mad cow disease. Can they do that?
Reason being is that larger meat packers worry that this will give them an advantage by allowing them to advertise their beef [...]
